  1. Saute the peppers, celery, onion, and garlic in oil until tender. Add the tomato juice or water, apple juice, mashed tomatoes, and herbs. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Add halibut pieces to the soup. Cook until halibut is done, about 30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Yuummmmyyy, But Instead of Halibut I used pike..... It was real tender though. And I added a dash of cinnamon for a kick! It was delish!

I followed the recipe pretty much to a tee, but didn't have enough halibut so I added some shrimp. Very good!
