  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and flour. Add water and milk; stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Cook until thick, about 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and salt. Cool to room temperature, stirring several times. Pour into a serving bowl or individual dishes. Serve warm or chill.

This was easy, thickened up beautifully and initially had pretty good flavor - excellent creamy texture! However, I could really taste the flour in this, and that kind of ruined it for me.

YUM!!! Just make sure you use a good tasting cocoa powder. I used Herhsey and it turned out a little strong. perhaps a little less intense cocoa. perhaps a european chocolate.
