Onion-Roasted Potatoes

"Slightly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, these potatoes are a hit with the family. This side dish is one of my favorites because the soup mix glazes the potatoes so nicely and it's very simple to prepare. -Schelby Thompson, Winter Haven, Florida"

I've been making these for years, I bake uncovered and stir twice while cooking. They're also excellent wrapped in foil and cooked on the BBQ. My kids love the "little crunchy things" so much,...

I made this with a packet of Ranch soup mix instead of onion soup and we loved them. I broiled them at the end for about 10 min. to get them to brown and threw a little shredded parmeson on top...

I usually roast these at about 450 degrees for a half hour and stir them every 10 minutes or so.

Really, really easy ***Line the pan with non-stick heavy duty foil to make clean up easy.

We loved these easy to make potatoes! Substituted 1/3 cup vegetable broth for the oil for a healthier alternative and they turned out great.

Great potatoes! Just like with all the other oven roasted potatoes I've made recently they are great lukewarm. I have a hard time putting the leftovers in the fridge, I just stand there and ea...

So good and yet so easy! Got rave reviews from hubby over these potatoes. I think these will be a staple in our house from now on.
