  1. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add strawberries and pecans; toss gently. Line pie plate with bottom crust. Add filling; dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

very good, never made a strawberry pie before and this tasted really good, the pecans add a nice touch,the pie is sweet, but good, will make again.

I baked this on Saturday, and it was a big hit. I gave the recipe 4 stars because it was a bit too sweet. I'll be backing the sugar down to 1 or 1-1/8 cups, and I'll be decreasing the cinnamon...

This pie was wonderful and got rave reactions. The only thing I would recommend changing is to cut the sugar down to 1 1/8 cup.
