  1. In a mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk on low for 1 minute. Fold in ice cream until smooth. Spoon into dishes. Chill for at least 1 hour. Garnish with fruit if desired.

I've make this several times. We like it with Chocolate Pudding and Vanilla Ice Cream. It's kind of like a Wendy's Frosty.

At first it turned out a little too rich for my taste, so I added more milk to taste, and that softened the flavor. Delicious final product!
