  1. Pour butter into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter. Place potatoes with cut side down over cheese. Bake uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until tender.

Made them just as directed, but baked on a slightly lower temperature (350) for longer (about an hour). They were utterly delicious.
