  1. In a large salad bowl, combine orange segments, cauliflower, green pepper and spinach. Place dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake until well mixed. Add desired amount of dressing to salad and toss. Refrigerate leftover dressing.

This is a wonderful, easy salad. The dressing is delicious, so fresh tasting. The only thing I did different is to use a tall can of mandarin oranges instead of the regular oranges. It was re...

I did like it but it wasn't a big hit at christmas dinner.. overly sweet! will try it again but will most likely will adapt the dressing with something other than frozen oj!
