  1. In a greased 2-qt. casserole, layer first six ingredients in order listed. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, curry and soup. Spread over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes or until top is light golden brown.

This was a great way to use up some leftovers. I used leftover rice, ham, and chicken. The flavor was great, but I did find that it turned out very oily. I will reduce the mayo by half next time...
