  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter; add the mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and lemon pepper. Place each ear of corn on a 13-in. x 12-in. piece of heavy-duty foil. Drizzle with butter mixture. Fold in edges of foil and seal, leaving space for expansion of steam. Grill over medium coals for 15-20 minutes or until corn is tender. Carefully unwrap foil.

I have made this corn now for every BBQ we have and all the guests love it. Now we have started making it on the grill on ordinary dinner nights too. It's easy, flavorful, and not overpowering....

It was nice and buttery, but nothing special. The horseradish all dropped to the bottom of the foil ... was it too thin? Will try again with some doctoring.

I thought this was really good, but I don't know if it's worth the trouble of all the ingredients, couldn't really taste it. Thanks though. I might try upping the spices on it next time. :)
