  1. In a Dutch oven, heat oil. Saute onion and garlic under tender. Add potatoes. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add kielbasa; cook and stir until potatoes are tender and well browned, about 10 minutes more. Stir in chilies and corn; cook until heated through.

Very good and easy. I used smoked sausage instead of kielbasa and only half the chilies to make sure that my kids would eat it. I'll definately make it again.

We've made this dozens of times and it's a family favorite. It's great for leftover fried red potatoes that my husband makes.

I've been making this for years. I still have the original Taste of Home magazine where I found the reccipe. My family loves it! Ü

This was a nice simple meal that would be delicious at a campsite. We would need to cut the potatoes thinner at the campground so they wouldn't take as long to cook over the gas stove.
