Spinach Cheese Bake

Spinach Cheese Bake

"EVEN THOSE who aren't fond of spinach will find this dish very tasty, because the spinach flavor is mellowed by the cheese and eggs. Those who enjoy spinach (like me) love this dish. I discovered this delicious recipe at a church luncheon, and it has become one of my family's favorite. -Elaine Hoehn, Merriam, Kansas"

I make something similar. For the person who asked when the milk goes in...After the four has been mixed with the butter, add the milk and cook until smooth.

This smells divine while baking, but overall it lacks flavor. IF I made it again, I'd use less spinach and more spices.

This is a really good recipe. This is the second time I've made it. The only problem I noticed (and I think I emailed you about this the first time I made it) is that under the ingredients it ...

I loved this recipe! I added fresh minced garlic also and a pinch of nutmeg. Really brings out the flavors! A very nice side dish and one I will be making again!

Easy and tastey.

Milk in the ingredients list..where and when to put?

very good. i added more cheese and bread crumb on top with portugese sausage on the side. yumm.

We loved this. The only change I made was I added a 16 ounce bag of spinach. Next time I think I will add stuffing mix instead of spices and bread crumbs.

I think it will be tasty, but where does the milk fit in? When are you supposed to add it? It's in the ingredients, but it isn't in the explanation of how to put it together?
