  1. In a bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, onion salt, pepper and 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese. Pour into a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 15 minutes longer.

This was good! Only thing I will change is adding more cheese! It was more tomato-y than cheesy, and we like lots of cheese! And I think Ill add some garlic. But we loved it!

It was a little too dry for my taste... There are other mac and cheese recipes that I've tried that I like better.

Delicious. There was only enough left over to take to work for lunch. I'm looking forward to eating it. So easy to make too. I followed the recipe exactly. Yummy!!

I make something like this but I use Cheez Whiz instead of cheddar cheese. The Cheez Whiz makes it nice and creamy.

Not a traditional Mac & Cheese for sure. I did like it though, and I'll probably make it again.

This is sooooo yummy! Easy to make. Loved it. I followed the recipe exactly.

Delicious! I only had one can of tomatoes so substitued a can of rotel. Will definitely make it again.
