Sunday Chicken

"This was my mother's favorite recipe for Sunday--hence the name. It makes an excellent recipe for Sunday dinner, because it can be prepared ahead of time and left to bake while you attend church. The leftovers also freeze well."

My family loved this dish. I added some carrots, peas and onion since some other reviewers had noted it was a little bland. I will definitely be adding this to my regular dinner rotation.

Simple, but yum yum!!! Soo easy, and yes, I've sprinkled the onion soup mix over the top and it does give it some more flavor. I haven't made it in a while, I think i might try broccoli in it, ...

My family LOVES this recipe! I sprinkle celery seed and a little garlic powder on it (and leave out the paprika). I also cook it at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Just ok. Will follow another's suggestion to add onion soup mix next time.

I found this rather bland. I mixed in a few dollops of sour cream and a can of veg-all...made a HUGE difference and tasted wonderful.
