"THIS IS one of my favorite ways to prepare carrots--simple but flavorful. I devised this recipe since we always seem to have carrots on hand, and the dish has drawn quite a few compliments.   1. Place carrots in a small saucepan; add water to cover. Cook for 10 minutes or until tender; drain and return to pan. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until butter is melted and carrots and heated through.

These were great! I used baby carrots and doubled the recipe. The amount of lemon is perfect. Broccoli is also a great addition to this dish.

It was wonderful! Nice and tangy. I didn't have any lemon juice, So I used the juice from a whole lime instead

Pretty good. I used baby carrots instead to save time. I will probably up the seasoning amount next time. Thanks for the yummy recipe :).
