  1. In a skillet, cook beef and onion until the meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until macaroni is tender, about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally, adding additional water if needed.

This was "okay". Flavor was not as intense as I expected. If I make again, I'd double hamburger meat and add chili powder.

Much better than Hamburger Helper. I did add some celery, zuchini, and diced tomatoes so it needed more Worchestershire Sauce. I also added some garlic and a touch of paprika.

I liked the recipe when it was done... I didn't have green pepper so I added red pepper instead (sweeter taste). All I can say is cook the noddles in a seperate pot when you are cooking the meat...
