Baked perfectly. I too used a 9x13 pan. Has a very light, delicate and moist crumb. double the spice. its not intense, but very good.

Yummy! These are so easy to make and they are moist and delicious too!

The Ginger Bars were delicious. Th were kind of hard to cut out of the 9 by 13 pan I used. But over all they were delicious.
