  1. In a saucepan, combine the first eight ingredients; cook and stir over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until smooth. Reserve half of sauce. Slice chicken lengthwise into 1-in. strips; thread onto skewers (if using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes). Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 2 minutes; turn and brush with peanut butter sauce. Continue turning and basting for 4-6 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Place cabbage on a serving plate; top with chicken. Sprinkle with onion tops. Serve with reserved sauce.

The problem is that these taste like peanut butter! I was hoping for some other flavor, but the peanut butter just overpowers everything else.

I made this as a marinade on chicken breasts and it was amazing. I will forever make this recipe!

This was really good but just didn't come up to 5 stars for our family. I think it was a bit too thick. But definitely good and worth preparing! Maybe we just had a picky night or something. ...

I used whole pieces of chicken and I have made in the crock pot, grilled and baked them. All ways turn out fantastic.

The sauce in this recipe has allowed me to make the most authentic tasting "Chinese" dish I've ever attempted - I always fail miserably at getting that right Chinese restaurant flavour, but this...

Killer recipe. Loved it. Served it over a bag of shredded cole slaw and it was dynamite. Made it 2 weeks ago and I'm making it again already. Two thumbs up !!!

Left out the red pepper flakes because they bother my stomach, but still this was really yummy! I broiled my chicken in the oven and served it over jasmine rice instead.
