  1. Place zucchini in a skillet and cover with water; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until tender, about 12-14 minutes. Drain; brush with butter. Sprinkle with dill and salt and pepper if desired.

Made this several times the last few weeks. Really enjoy the flavor and texture. Just don't cook it longer than instructed or it will be mushy.

Delicious and so easy! I love zucchini and dill so I may be biased, but my husband enjoyed them too and he's very picky about veggies.

I added parmesan cheese on top and stuck under the broiler for about two minutes. I think it would have been a bit plain without it.
