  1. Remove all unpopped kernels from popcorn. Place popcorn and nuts in a large bowl; mix well. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter and corn syrup; bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat; add vanilla. Pour over popcorn mixture; stir to coat. Place on two greased baking sheets to dry, about 1 hour. Store in an airtight container.

Made this Christmas 2008 without nuts and baked it in oven for approx. 30 min. It was chewy. Next time will add nuts and microwave or bake it longer so that it dries out more.

This is realy good! The nuts didn't stick to the popcorn though. thank you!

The Best I have ever made! I used Pancake syrup instead, and just used Peanuts, I did make xtra sauce though, but it turned out wonderfull, my kids loved it!!

This was ok. I had to make another batch of the syrup to go over all of the popcorn. It was a one time thing. Next time I will just use regular caramel.
