  1. In an 8-in. skillet, heat butter until it sizzles. Saute mushrooms, caraway seed and lemon pepper for 3-5 minutes. In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk salt and pepper. Pour over mushrooms. Cook over medium heat. As eggs set, lift edges, letting uncooked portion flow underneath. When eggs are set, fold omelet in half.

This was pretty good. I didn't have caraway so I used cumin instead. I also used garlic salt instead of regular and sprinkled a little shredded mozzarella before folding it in half.

I didn't have caraway seed so I left that out. Delicious!! The lemon pepper was different, but not a bad different. Great way to use up fresh mushrooms!
