  1. Place bread slices in a large shallow baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and baking powder; pour over bread. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. In a bowl, combine strawberries, bananas, sugar and pie spice; pour into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Arrange prepared bread on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.

This was a really great and easy breakfast dish! The flavors were wonderful and the whole family loved it! I just wish it was a little crispier

This was an easy and delicious recipe

I won't be making this again. The top of the dish was great, but the underneith where the bread lays on the fruit was soggy and barely edible.

Thia recipe is a big hit in our home. We make it as brunch favorite.
