Fluffy Biscuit Muffins

Fluffy Biscuit Muffins

"THESE BISCUITS are simple to make and have a wonderful aroma when baking! This particular recipe is one of my husband's favorites - and biscuits were a steady diet in the Southern household where he grew up. The muffin shape makes them a bit different. -Virginia Foster, Paducah, Kentucky"

These were very good and quick to throw together. I doubled the recipe and instead of adding plain salt I added garlic salt and some sharp cheddar cheese. Will definitely make again!

These biscuits were simple to make and so good! I added garlic and cheddar cheese for a catering, and ended up having to make an additional batch; my helpers ate all of the first one!

Great recipe! I tweaked it a little (added garlic powder, or cheese, etc,) but stayed true to the basic recipe. They all turned out great!!
