  1. In a large skillet, brown chops in oil; drain. Remove chops. Combine water, rice, onion and 1/2 teaspoon salt in the skillet. Place pork chops over rice mixture; top with corn and tomatoes. Sprinkle with pepper and remaining salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until pork and rice are tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

I love tomatoes, but felt that the taste of the canned diced tomatoes was a bit strange to me with the other ingredients. I would use fresh diced tomatoes or other veg next time.

This was so easy to make and SO delicious! Highly recommended. I did put a can of tomatoes with garlic in instead of a plain can of tomatoes. I also threw in some green onions. It was great!

I loved this; I substituted brown rice and added a mixed light salt seasoning instead of plain salt. I also used salsa instead of tomatoes since I didn't have any. One last addition: green bea...

It was ok. I don't know if I did something wrong but it tasted kinda bland.
