  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add blueberries. In another bowl, beat egg and milk; stir in butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done.

I loved these muffins! I put 1/2 a cup of sugar instead of 1/3. And I sprinkled the top with cinnamon and sugar. They were very yummy.

These are really good. I feel as if they need a little bit more sugar though. I added the extra egg and they tasted too much like eggs, so I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, good =)
