Creole Rice

"I've found a fast and fantastic way to turn leftover rice into a spectacular side dish. I spice it up with Creole seasoning and pepper to give it a boost of flavor, then sprinkle it with paprika for color. Rest assured that no one will figure out the zippy combination is a 'second-day dish'."

I took one reviewer's advice to rehydrate the left over rice with chicken broth and the recipe turned out great!

great and fast !! I use minute rice and put a little more creole seasoning.

Easy to make and tasty. I followed some of the reviews and also aded chicken broth. Definately a keeper!

EXCELLENT AND EASY!!!!! prepared rice just as directed.

Bland, bland, bland.

I liked it a lot but I will make with less butter. Otherwise very tasty! And I like how easy it is to make it.

I used half the butter but added some chicken broth as suggested by others. This was a nice quick and easy side for slow cooker country style ribs and sweet and sour slaw, both from this site.

very simple and very good. I added a small can of green chiles and a can of black beans (drained). Lots and lots of potential for this basic recipe.
