  1. In a skillet, melt butter. Stir in potatoes and ham; heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

These turned out great. I replaced bacon for the ham. Yummy.

I liked this, I was looking for something quick easy and different, and this worked great. I switched swiss out for chedder and added some sun dried tomatoes, great meal!

These were pretty tasty. I just added a little bit of salt and pepper, otherwise the recipe was good as is.
