Dijon-Dill Brussels Sprouts

Dijon-Dill Brussels Sprouts

"'I added my own touches, including crunchy water chestnuts, to this recipe from a friend,' remarks Audrey Thibodeau of Mesa, Arizona. 'The tender brussels sprouts get winning flavor from lemon, dill and Dijon mustard.'"

I used a bag of frozen brussel sprouts... didn't add the water chestnuts (didn't have any).. These were great! Even my 3 year old ate a couple.

I didn't use the water chestnuts but did everything else as directed. Both my husband and I generally dislike brussel sprouts, but this made a hit with both of us. Definitely a keeper!

My husband and I thought this was very good. I'd never made brussels sprouts before, but I'd make them again with this recipe!

Yummmm! I really enjoyed these along with my husband - who didn't like brussel sprout until we tried this. We make again this week. These are even wonderful the next day. Thanks for sharing!

Followed this to a T and it was excellent. Made it as a side for Thanksgiving.
