  1. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce; cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Press biscuits onto the bottom and up the sides of greased muffin cups. Spoon 2 tablespoons meat mixture into the center of each cup. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 3 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted.

Made these about 2wks ago and finally rating them..my kids LOVED them. they were quick and easy good for a busy night of homework and after school activites. Would be great for a party!!

I have been amking this for years..it is always a hit! I use flaky biscuits and I also use sloppy joe sauce, but they are good with any kind of sauce!
