  1. In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix and cheese. Beat eggs and milk; stir into cheese mixture just until moistened. Pour into four greased and floured 5-3/4-in. x 3-in. x 2-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pans; slice and serve warm.

  • Editor's Note: Bread can also be made in one 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes.

I enjoyed this easy bread. I couldn't find my mini loaf pans anywhere so I baked in muffin tins. i added some garlic powder and dried parsely.. quite good and very quick.. lots of cheese!

Very good. I made these in a muffin pan so it would fit in our toaster oven in a cooler part of the house (sometimes it's just too hot to bake). Looking forward to making them into little loave...
