  1. In a skillet, saute celery and onion in butter until tender. Combine egg, soup, broth, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Add celery mixture, bread cubes and rice; mix well. Spoon into a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until set.

I have made this twice now and everyone loved it, raved about it! I added cranberries both times for color but the flavor adds a nice touch too. It is so easy!

Made to recipe.. was moist enough.. my family barely ate any.. some did not like the flavor, some would not even taste it to the look of it.. My daughter said the wild rice looked like rat poop....

I had to use a blend of different rices because wild rice was so expensive, and I omitted the celery, but this still turned out fabulous! I took it to a Christmas party and everyone loved it!
