  1. In a large skillet, brown beef in oil; drain. Add salsa, tomato sauce, garlic, brown sugar and soy sauce; bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Stir in cilantro and lime juice; heat through. Serve over rice.

I've made this a couple of times now, the family liked it. We thought the ingredients complimented each other well.

I made this last night and it was terrible, we could not eat it. The sauce had a sweet, yet sour taste. I think adding the salsa and tomato sauce was over-kill and thus needed a lot of salt.
