  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, saute peppers and onions in butter until tender. Add cream cheese, milk, salt, pepper and dill. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Add corn; heat through.

I made this 2 years ago and everyone love it. I been looking for it ever since and I couldnt find it. I am so happy I just did.

I did not care for this dish at all. It basically is corn and vegetables swimming in melted cream cheese. I couldn't eat it.

This was very good. I made a few changes -- omitted the green pepper cause I just don't care for it and doubled the red pepper. I also used some leftover corn on the cob instead of frozen. I ...

This was great, rich and delicious. Good company dish.
