  1. Place asparagus in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Combine oil and garlic; pour over asparagus and turn to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until tender, rotating asparagus in the pan after 10 minutes. Cool completely. Combine dressing ingredients; pour over asparagus and turn to coat. Serve immediately or allow to marinate. Serve at room temperature.

I only made the dressing portion but poured it over a salad that included bacon wrapped asparagus. It was way too mustardy the first day but better the second. Not sure I would make it again. Ma...
