  1. Combine all of the ingredients. Place on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 28 in. x 18 in.). Fold foil around the potato mixture and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

This was tastier than I thought it would be. Used fresh potatoes and red pepper- it's what I had on hand.

This is good alone or with some crumbled bacon.

This was very good! I used fresh potatoes with the skins on instead of hash brown potatoes and cut the cooking time by about 10 mins and they were great. I love simple and tasty!

Fast. Easy. Yummy. A good camping recipe.

YUM! I was actually amazed at how much flavour this had!! I didn't have any green pepper so used sliced courgettes instead. I usually always add garlic to my vegetables to give them more flavour...

Very easy and you get a great flavor when finished. Everyone enjoyed this dish.
