  1. In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Press into an ungreased 8-in. square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink. Drain; let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

I have made this recipe for years, and we love it. I serve this with a mushroom brown gravy. We do not think this is bland at all.

This is a great recipe because the meat stays moist. My family really enjoyed this; even our 18 month old.
