Tangy Cucumber Salad

Tangy Cucumber Salad

"You'll spark taste buds with this tangy and refreshing salad. The simple marinade gives mild cucumbers lots of zip. The tomatoes are a pretty addition. This is a super use of summer's garden bounty. -Edna Hoffman, Hebron, Indiana"

I did not like this at all as it was WAY to vinegary for me. I guess I didn't taste the "interesting blend of flavors" hubs said it had.

The few extra seasonings in this salad dressing do add to the taste, but my favorite marinated cucumber salad is made with a very simple vinegar/sugar dressing and some dill, preferably fresh. ...

This salad was delicious! Many cuke salad recipes call for sugar: I loved the honey as a more natural sweetener. The tangy taste was amazing. Thank you for giving me a recipe to enjoy the cuc...

This was fantastic! It was like a souped up version of the easy "Italian dressing on the cucumbers" marinade. Well worth the extra effort (not that there was that much extra effort involved)!
