This recipe is FANTASTIC. I like my food spicy, and usually recipes fail to meet my expectations, but this one did, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The potatoes came out nice and tender BUT the dish was way too greasy. I will probably half the butter next time. I suggest sprinkling a lil garlic powder and salt over each layer of potatoes ...

Loved the addition of red pepper flake! I added some minced fresh rosemary and a couple of cloves of minced garlic. When I uncoved the potatoes I threw in some spears of asparagus to roast too ...

This got raves at a dinner party last weekend...RAVES. Was asked for the recipe several times. I broiled it at the end to crisp the top a bit. Thanks for the recipe, definite keeper.

This is delicious!! I make it with the onions and get compliments every time I make it! It's a keeper!

ok not great. potato came out hard

These were good, and I would probably make them again - they just didn't blow me away. With all the butter they get a little "oily" but nonetheless, they did taste good.

Love it! Just enough onions and pepper to make it tasty with a hint of heat. Thanks for sharing!

yummy! i used red pepper instead of flakes and should have added more...it was soo good though!
