  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Serve with a slotted spoon.

I would use regular vinegar because the cider flavor is way too over powering. I would also add celery salt and an ample amount of pepper.

Used a bag prepared cabbage and carrots with the dressing part of the recipe cut in half (ie 1/2 cup mayo). It came out just right mix of dressing to cabbage.
