Chocolate Snack Cake

Rated as 4.47 out of 5 Stars

"THIS is a moist delicious snack cake, so good that icing is not necessary. Sometimes my husband puts a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top with a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Either way, it always satisfies our sweet tooth. -Debi Peschka, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma"

I tried this recipe out on a whim and am very happy with it. Takes very little time to put together and is EVER so good while it's warm!

Super moist cake. I did add milk instead of water. But did not change anything else. I baked it in a 9 x 5 loaf pan for about 45 mins.

This was absolutely delicious. I made it yesterday and it is gone. So moist and chocolatey, it definitely does not need frosting. I will be putting this into regular rotation!!
