Sweet-Sour Pasta Salad

Sweet-Sour Pasta Salad

"Fresh garden vegetables add color and crunch to this attractive salad. Its pleasant vinaigrette-type dressing is sparked with ground mustard and garlic. I like the look of the tricolor spirals, but you can substitute other pasta shapes or use what you have on hand. -Launa Shoemaker, Midland City, Alabama"

This salad is absolutely perfect! The blend of flavors is wonderful, and I'm not even a cucumber fan, normally. This is quickly becoming a staple in our home.

I will start by saying this recipe has great ingredients until you get to the sauce. This was way to sweet. After a few bites it just got to be too much.

Yummy! Such a versatile recipe, too. I added some broccoli this time, but you could mix it up with just about any fresh veggies you have on hand!

This salad was a hit at my New Year's Eve party. People were asking to take some home with them :)

The dressing in this recipe is so good, I make it to use for all types of salads, not just pasta!
