  1. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1-1/4 to 2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140 degrees F and ham is heated through.
  2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine 1/4 cup water, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, mustard and pineapple. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Combine cornstarch and remaining water until smooth; stir into pineapple sauce. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with the ham.

this sauce was delicious ..served it with our New Years Ham,everyone loved it from age 2 - 62!

I made this for dinner tonight, it was great. Very juicy and flavorful. The sauce was very easy too. I will definately make this again, even my picky 2 year old loved this ham!

I made this for Christmas dinner and it could not have been more perfect. The ham was not overly sweet, and the pineapple sauce was the ideal complement. Do not change anything about this recipe!

this sauce is amazing. my hubby is a big pineapple fan and couldn't get enough. not too sweet surprisingly...and keeps well for leftovers.
