I make a similiar version, but I add 1/2 cup shredded flaked coconut & 1 cup of sliced fresh strawberries. I then garnish with some chopped pecans, coconut and sliced strawberries. Very tasty ...

This was easy, looked very pretty, but it didn't wow me. My guests enjoyed it but again, were not wowed by this. I added some pecans & sprinkled coconut over it & still, no wow! sorry =(

I have made this for church potlucks for years. I always add a drizzle of chocolate so that it looks more like a melted banana split. I have requests for it all the time. Enjoy

I make this salad often, but I mix in seedless Grape instead of Bananas. More refreshing for summer...
