  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk and seasoned salt. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Delicious! Instead of 8 eggs I used 12. I also subustituted sausage instead of ham. Very yummy and easy.

My mother and I both make this we cook and add sausage rather than ham. We also add peppers and onion. Didn't time it, eyeballed it and checked it with a toothpick to get it cooked through.
