  1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt if desired and pepper. In a skillet, brown chops in oil; transfer chops to a slow cooker. Reserve 1 tablespoon drippings in the skillet; saute onions and garlic until tender. Stir in chili sauce, brown sugar and mustard. Pour over chops. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Stir in beans. Cover and cook 1 to 1-1/2 hours longer or until meat juices run clear and beans are heated through.

I modified this recipe slightly... Instead of vegetable oil I used olive oil, no salt, instead of chili sauce I used 1 tbls of fresh chopped chili peppers, 1 tbls of worchestire sauce, 1 tbls of...

Delicious, my family enjoyed it. I didn't have lima beans so I used butter beans instead, it was very good. I will ues this again.

I thought this was very good and very easy! Nobody in our family is a big fan of lima beans but this really hit the spot. The pork chops came out very tender and all in all it was a very hearty...
