Broccoli Squash Bake

Broccoli Squash Bake

"My grandmother made this when she cooked for our farmhands years ago. I've cut her recipe down to serve fewer people. I like to make this side dish when my garden is bursting with fresh vegetables and into the fall, when the colors and taste blend into the season. -Mildred Sherrer, Bay City , Texas"

This was a delicious combination of veggies, and easy to make. I used the shredded Mexican cheese I had on hand instead of Swiss, and I added a bit of salt and pepper to the veggies before pour...

Absolutely loved this. May have added extra cheese-didn't measure it. There was none left when we finished eating. Thanks for the great recipe!

I agree with another reviewer who called this crustless quiche. Mine did not come out runny and my family loved it. I do think that you need to add some spices and flavor to it, for example mo...

I loved this recipe, but ended up doing my own thing with it. I overloaded the Permesan on top, and added zucchini because I had some from our garden, and it tasted great. The more cheese, the...

Yuck! I thought this would be quiche-like, but it was just yucky and a waste of ingreds. there was not enough milk/egg mixture to cover the veggies. No one would eat it.

Great recipe! I've made twice now. 2nd time, I had some leftover steamed broccoli & cauliflower from night before. As it was just lightly steamed, thought it would be perfect for this recipe - ...

I don't think the egg is necessary.
