  1. Place chicken in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 20-25 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear.

I increased this recipe for a Christmas dinner party to 75 people because of the Cranberry. As I wanted to add some zip to the recipe I added a little more curry, onions, salt & pepper, cumin...

Sorry, but when I put this recipe together, no one, including myself, could eat it. I ended up having to throw the chicken away. What a waste!

My husband LOVED this dish, I was pretty surprised actually. I didn't add raisins or curry, but I did add a tiny bit of chili powder and cumin. I will definitely be making this recipe again.
