this is a staple for all our holiday meals. Best chopped chunky not fine. Sometimes I add gardinara for a little spicier version

Very good and very easy. I mixed it in a food processor - mixed fine. Instead of olive oil, I used the juice from the green olives to give it more kick. Will certainly make this again!

I love this recipe. I have been making it for several years now. I do add 1 T white vinegar and only use olive oil. This keeps very well. I slice the olives rather than chop them.
