  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the salt, curry powder, basil and pepper; mix well. Gently stir in salmon and onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.

My husband and I thought this was very salty. Not our favorite, but if you like salty foods then you may really enjoy. We just prefer a more creamy salmon spread.

I just got done making this and it was pretty tasty! I did add liquid smoke to it which really flavored it up quite a bit! I will make this again forsure! Thanks!

I left the salt out & used smoked salmon rather than canned. It turned out great.

Very delicious salmon spread. I made it as stated the first time & it was good. Decided to try without the curry (not my hubby's favorite)& added a capful of liquid smoke. I used a lovely pie...

Everyone really loved this!

Reduce the salt to 1/2 tsp. I used leftover grilled salmon. "Bloom" the curry powder by roasting briefly in a dry saucepan. Delicious!
