  1. Place carrots in a saucepan; add 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside. In the same pan, combine butter, brown sugar and salad dressing mix until blended. Add carrots. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until glazed.

Very good, but it makes a ton of sauce. Could have cut it in half and been good.

When I read the recipe my first reaction was "Ew" but then I thought "mmm....ranch." So I gave it a whirl tonight for dinner. It is better than plain boiled carrots.......its like a weird sweet ...

WAY to much flavor

These were not very good. There was too much butter, and not enough flavor. Will not make these again.

Very good, but it makes a ton of sauce. Could have cut it in half and been good.

I actually hate cooked vegetables...but loved these carrots. So easy to make too!
