  1. In a large skillet, saute celery and onion in butter until tender. Remove from the heat. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 12 balls. Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

I love this recipe and so does the rest of my family. Any event we have they ask me to make this. I myself prefer chopped walnuts, and cranberries in them. Great recipe, easy to make.

The way it is written 4 stars-Swap out the apricots for cranberries (craisins) and you have a winner! My family loves this one. Easy to make ahead too. I've done it with half cornbread, half br...
